All orders must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 24 hours from placing your order.

Orders are sent signed for or guaranteed for express delivery, customer services cannot fast track your order to be reviewed by the prescriber.

How can I be sure that the medicine provided is legitimate?

We purchase all medication from the same suppliers as your high street pharmacy, the dispensing pharmacies only use wholesale providers.

How does it work?

1. You place your order online at www.publixcareonlinepharmacy.com/ for your selected medication.

2. Your orders will be reviewed and you will receive the order confirmation from our side. This can take up to 24 hours.

3. Once accepted, the medicine will be dispensed and shipped from our pharmacy. You will receive tracking details and notification once your parcel is on its way.

Do I need a prescription when placing an order?

A prescription is not required when using our service as you will be issued a private prescription from EU General Practitioners SARL if your order is approved by one of their GMC registered doctors or independent prescribers. We will automatically send this over to the pharmacy to process if approved. The payment will be canceled if the doctor refuses your order.

How discreet is the packaging?

Our packaging does not have any labels or branding.
